Service Level One
Letting and full property management including:
Full tenant vetting including credit check will be used on every client using Endsleigh.
Drawing up an Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement.
Notification to utility suppliers, Collection of rent and deposit and completion of standing orders.
Inventory
Written inspection reports and photographs if appropriate.
Service Level Two
Let Only.
Full tenant vetting including credit check will be used on every client using Endsleigh.
Drawing up an Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement.
Notification to utility suppliers, Collections of first month's rent and deposit and completion of standing orders to landlord's account.
Where landlord's collect their own rent and manage the letting after the tenants have moved in, there are no further charges.
Periodic visits (upon request, extra charge).
Inventory (upon request, extra charge).

All fully managed properties include periodic visits. The Purpose of these visits is to see what if any, damage may have been caused by the tenant
ie. damages to carpets, doors, walls etc. or indeed any repairs that may be required. This will enable the landlord and agent to take decisive action in order to remedy the situation.
